Recognized for her work, Dulce received a granted-aided by the Margaret Mee Foundation to have her specialization in botanical illustrations at Kew Gardens, England. In Brazil has already participated in 49 collective exhibitions and 6 individual exhibitions, she has been awarded in the International Botanical Illustration Contest, in 1996. Abroad, she participated in collective exhibitions in France, Argentina, England, Scotland and USA. She presented the individual exhibitions "Brazilian Plants", in the Brazilian-American Cultural Institute, in Washington D.C. (1997), "Dulce Nascimento Artist/Environmentalist", at the City of Seaside , California.(1998) and "Brazilian Plants-watercolors by Dulce Nascimento, students and former students" BACI, Washington D.C.(1999) |
